I love TV. Out of the three entertainment mediums (TV, movies, music), it’s my favorite. But I am very, very, very picky about the shows I watch. My main criteria is romance and a couple I can ship. No joke, pretty much every single TV show I’ve ever started watching I started watching because I was interested in a couple. This means that I miss out on a lot of shows. A lot of critically acclaimed shows . Shows I have no intention of ever watching because there are no couples I can root for (among other reasons). In no particular order, here they are.

Game of Thrones

Too much violence, blood, and politics.

Breaking Bad

Unroot-worthy main character, drugs, violence.

The Sopranos

No characters to root for, un-interesting mob drama, violence.

Mad Men

Boring business storylines.

The Wire

All drug drama, violence.

Lost

Scfi-fi/fantasy storylines.

Deadwood

Too much cursing and violence.

The Shield

Sucky main character, drug drama, violence.

Veep

Horrible characters, too much cursing.

The Walking Dead

Zombie/apocalypse storylines, gore, violence.

Doctor Who

Sci-fi/fantasy storylines.

So there you have it, all the shows I have zero interest in ever watching. Am I saying I won’t watch any of them ever as long as I live? No, of course not. Maybe I’ll date a guy who considers one or more of these his favorite show(s) and begs me to give them a shot. Will I? Depends how much I like the guy. But if I do ever watch any of them, you can be sure I’ll do a review on this site.
